TL:DR

Beau is a very nice basic vibrator. Blush Novelties took the classic jelly semi-realistic vibe that too many people get for their first toy and they made it right. Super soft amazing silicone for the insertable portion happens to be my favorite part, but their is a reasonable motor for the basic dial base controlled vibrations. Honestly, this is a bit too basic and under powered for me, but I also wish that this had been my first vibrator rather than the jelly mess that I had.

Review:

I will be completely honest that nothing specifically blew me away about Beau aside from the amazing silicone. It’s a basic semi-realistic vibrator that’s a tiny bit girthy, but nothing scary. Nothing about this is that exceptional. Except, that this is what should be on the market. Not the jelly crap that fills store shelves and online retailers. It’s body safe and hypoallergenic which is so important.

This is not a toy that will impress any connoisseur or collector of these things, but  it is a really nice basic toy. Sure, for me it is a tad boring. It lacks the power or size that sends me over the edge, but it’s a nice way to warm up for larger toys, and I am keeping it because I love this silicone.

Seriously, the silicone they used is a great velvety matte silicone with next to no drag. It’s amazing to touch. I can’t keep my hands off of it. It doesn’t need a ton of lube or ridiculousness. It’s pretty fucking perfect. I want big girthy dildos and small rumbly vibrators made of this stuff.

Shape wise, I am rather meh about it, but it is a pretty basic design. There is a head and urethra, but those sit a top a pretty basic shaft, so I will stick to calling it semi-realistic. There is a curve that can be used for g-spotting, but skip this if you need a lot of firm pressure. The shaft is too flexible.

Ok, so, the power is average, but it’s got a great rumble to it. The motor sits right below the head, so that’s where you will find the majority of the vibrations. They are not strong enough for me but still quite noticeable. The vibes are controlled by a dial base which I normally abhor, but this one didn’t get knocked around easily and it isn’t eaily mistaken for the battery cap, so I will give it a bit of a pass.

This isn’t the toy for those that know what they like. It’s not a luxury toy even if it comes from Blush Novelties’ Luxe line. This is the perfect first or second vibrator though. Seriously, if you are looking for a toy and maybe aren’t sue what you are going to like, try this. It isn’t too big, too powerful, or unhealthy. Plus, it’s pretty damn cheap. It’s at least something to consider.
